The weekend course has been an incredible few days learning from Alex. I have definitely got my money’s worth. A number of physical packs and workbooks that the group worked through during the weekend, twinned with number of key online documents, gave a great structure to the course and made it a lot easier to interpret data and floorpans etc. At the start of the course my biggest fear was that my age, being 18, would limit the ease of finding and obtaining investor and mortgage finance however, after the course I can say that this limiting belief is no longer.
Also, following someone who I previously knew (Miles Pattison-Appleton), who has Alex as a mentor, and the results that he has achieved, showed me the help Alex gives to his students. I would recommend this course to anyone wishing to break into this section of the property investment market. I can vouch for Alex. He is a great, kind, helpful person who I saw was very interested and passionate about my success in the future.
