Alex has been inspiring us since we first watched his TedX talk on ‘Design Your Dream Life Through Passive Income’. Fast forward and now as his mentees we are well on our way to achieve our own dream life through passive income from property investment. Having no property experience whatsoever when they started, James & Lucy have done brilliantly well. They overcame all kinds of obstacles en route to completing this project by focusing on the solutions and remembering their ‘why’. They are in the process of purchasing their second project and before you know it they’ll be somewhere idyllic with Lucy sipping Mai Thais and James fishing.
