Our thoughts
We all have strengths and weaknesses. One of Ed’s biggest strengths is in fact his self awareness of his weaknesses, and as a result he hired Alex in order to get the best out of him. Ed has been on a journey to achieve what he has and the portfolio he has built for himself, starting without finance, is fantastic. He has also raised the bar in terms of the product delivered to his tenants and investors. Ed often lends his helps and experience on our training programmes, and along with Alex spent countless hours designing and polishing the Deal Analyser which is a phenomenal tool to appraise deals and showcase them to investors.
