When Alex was first approached by and took on Andi as a client in order to teach her how he had built such a large portfolio so quickly, the content was much less structured.

Andi asked Alex lots of questions, he answered, and she did her best to write down the answers as quickly as she could! Using this knowledge, she went on to buy 3 HMOs in the first 6 months and with each one generating £1,000 per month net profit, and Andi decided that she didn’t want or need any more and retired! Since January 2014 the delivery has improved and we no longer just give our participants a pad and paper J

  • Everything to do with the design, tender and build process through to completion:
  • Know the cost of the refurb before you buy.

  • How to ensure your builders fix any snagging items 12 months after the job is finished.
